yes,the best is the pc version because u can put mods and replace the cars.I have putted that porsche 911 turbo because it's my favourite car

how do u can do it??

1.Download img tool 2.0
2.download some cars
3.Use img tool and with this go in the folder Models and find the file GTA3.IMG and open it.
4.Unzip and extract the car hat u downloaded
5.find the files.Example:bravura.dff and replace with the bravura.dff what u downloaded,after,find the file bravura.txd and replace with the bravura.txd what u downloaded
6-Have fun with the new car

Also u can replace the radar elements,replace helicopeters,ships,bikes,guns...
